Checking in and out was a breeze, and the location of the hotel was excellent. The property itself was well-maintained and clean, with all the necessary facilities available. Parking was convenient, and the hotel was easily accessible by public transportation. It was also located near the main market and the holy shrine of Vaishno Devi, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly courteous and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile.
Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel exceeded all my expectations.

Perfect Location & Delicious Food. This hotel's strategic location made it easy for us to explore the city. Shopping, dining, and even a movie theater is located in the same building. The view from our room was a plus, and we enjoyed the ease of getting around. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety on the restaurant menu.

Courteous and helpful staff, particularly the front office executive who made us feel at home.- The hotel offers spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities.- The check-in process was efficient and our room was ready even though we arrived early in the morning.
Limited choice in the buffet breakfast, with only ala carte option available. The WiFi needs improvement as it does not work in the rooms.
